Hi, I'm August. At 14, I built this site because it sat at the intersection of two things I care about: giving back to the community and building with AI.

Families looking for IDD programs are often left to figure everything out on their own — no clear starting point, no easy way to compare options, and no one guiding them through the process. After seeing how hard that can be, I wanted to help.

So I built IDD Program Finder: a tool that uses AI to connect families with real programs nearby, with new programs added every night through an automated pipeline I built from scratch.

Running it comes with real costs — hosting, development, and AI all take funding, and I can't cover it alone. Every donation, no matter the size, helps keep this resource live and growing so more families can find the support they need.

IDD stands for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. It includes conditions like Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, and other disabilities that affect learning, communication, behavior, or daily living. IDD Program Finder focuses on adult supports after school age.
Type what you are looking for in plain language, such as a day program near a town, Medicaid-funded options, or supported employment. You can also browse the database directly and filter by program type, state, area, and funding.
Day programs provide structured daytime activities, skill-building, social time, and community access. Supported employment helps people find and keep jobs, often with job coaching.
AI search turns your situation into a shortlist of matching programs. Browsing lets you scan and filter the same database yourself.
If a listing has wrong contact info, outdated details, or a broken link, please report an issue. Accurate information is what keeps this useful for families.
