IDD Program Finder ("we," "us," "the Site") is a directory and informational resource that helps families find day programs, supported employment, and related services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. By using this Site, you agree to the terms below.
A searchable program directory, an AI assistant (Lumis) for guided search, AI-generated quick summaries on the Browse Database page, a Guidance Tool for personalized action plans, a Community page, a Waitlist Tracker, and a form for providers to submit or update listings.
This Site is informational only, not legal, medical, or professional advice. Always verify program details (eligibility, cost, availability, licensing) directly with the provider before making decisions.
AI is used in three places on this Site:
- Lumis, our chat assistant, to generate program recommendations based on what you describe
- Browse Database, to generate quick AI summaries of listings
- Guidance Tool, to generate personalized action plan suggestions
AI-generated content can be incomplete or contain errors. Inputs you provide may be processed by third-party AI model providers to generate a response; we don't use this data to train AI models beyond delivering the Service to you.
Most of the Site works without an account. If you create one (e.g. via Google sign-in) to save programs or chat history, you're responsible for keeping it secure. If you post on the Community page or submit a program, you're responsible for what you post; we may edit, decline, or remove any submitted content, and we don't guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted listings or reviews.
Don't scrape or republish our database without permission, submit false program information, or otherwise misuse the Site.
The Site is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and running, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages from your use of the Site or its information.

- You provide: account info (e.g. name/email via Google sign-in), messages sent to Lumis or the Guidance Tool, saved programs and waitlist entries, Community posts, program submissions, and direct emails to us
- Collected automatically: usage data via Google Analytics (pages visited, time on site, general location, device/browser type, referral source) using cookies
To run and improve the Site's features, understand usage through aggregated Google Analytics data, respond to inquiries and submissions, and keep accounts secure. See "How AI Is Used" above for how chat and search inputs are processed; avoid entering sensitive personal information (like medical record or Social Security numbers) into any text field, since it isn't needed for the Site to help you.
Google Analytics cookies collect anonymized usage data. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or your browser's cookie settings.
Account data, saved programs, and waitlist entries are stored via Supabase. We take reasonable measures to protect this data, though no online service can guarantee perfect security.
This Site is intended for parents, caregivers, and adults, not for direct use by children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental involvement; contact us to request deletion if this occurs.
We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of external program websites linked from this Site.
